TERMS OF USE

AXIFLARE develops algorithmic trading software, including Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5.

AXIFLARE does not provide investment advisory services, portfolio management, brokerage services, account management or personalized trading recommendations.

All trading decisions, account settings, capital allocation and use of AXIFLARE software remain the responsibility of the customer.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

AXIFLARE products are intended for adult users.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of algorithmic trading software is permitted by your broker, prop firm and applicable laws or regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, each individual AXIFLARE Expert Advisor purchase provides one Personal Licence.

A Personal Licence may be bound to:

ONE LIVE MT5 ACCOUNT

The licence may also be used on demo accounts as supported by the software.

Licence binding is based on the MT5 account number and broker server.

Customer-initiated account rebinding is available once every 30 days.

Licences are personal and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, shared or commercially redistributed.

A confirmed A—SERIES bundle purchase provides separate Personal Licences for:

AURELIS

ASTRA

Each product receives its own licence key and entitlement.

Live-account use may require online licence validation.

The Expert Advisor may communicate with AXIFLARE systems to validate:

MT5 account number

broker server

software version

AXIFLARE does not request your MT5 trading password, broker password, crypto private key or wallet seed phrase for licence validation.

A licence may be denied or revoked where it is invalid, inactive, used with an unauthorized account, obtained fraudulently or used in material violation of these Terms.

Customer downloads are provided digitally after the relevant order has been confirmed and the licence has been activated.

Access to a download does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, source code, trading logic or intellectual property.

AXIFLARE software, compiled Expert Advisors, branding, interfaces, documentation, strategy architecture and related materials remain the intellectual property of AXIFLARE or their respective rights holders.

You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits:

redistribute the software

resell the software

publish the software

share licence credentials

remove or bypass licence protection

attempt unauthorized access to AXIFLARE systems

use the software to provide an unauthorized resale or software-distribution service

Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Product updates may be provided to customers with eligible active product licences.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee of perpetual development, perpetual support or lifetime updates.

AXIFLARE may modify, replace or discontinue software versions when reasonably necessary.

Trading leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in significant or total loss of trading capital.

No AXIFLARE product guarantees profit, account growth, prop-firm success or protection from losses.

Backtest and historical simulation results do not guarantee future performance.

AXIFLARE is independent from MetaQuotes, MetaTrader, brokers and proprietary trading firms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Broker conditions and prop-firm rules may change at any time.

Descriptions such as "prop-firm friendly" refer to intended design characteristics and are not a guarantee that a specific firm will permit the software or that a user will pass or retain a funded account.

Customers are responsible for checking the rules of their broker or prop firm.

AXIFLARE aims to maintain reliable website, licensing and download services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruption may occur because of:

hosting outages

internet connectivity

maintenance

third-party infrastructure

broker connectivity

MetaTrader connectivity

technical faults

events outside AXIFLARE's reasonable control

You are responsible for:

protecting your account credentials

protecting your licence key

verifying MT5 account binding information

testing software before Live use

selecting appropriate trading capital and risk

maintaining your trading platform, VPS and internet connection

complying with broker and prop-firm rules

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AXIFLARE is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, slippage, broker execution, platform outages, prop-firm account termination, indirect losses or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use AXIFLARE software.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

AXIFLARE may update these Terms when its products, services or legal requirements change.
